Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using my services. By scheduling an appointment or engaging with my offerings, you agree to comply with the following terms.
1. Services Provided
The Blooming Gut offers consultations, personalised nutrition plans, and educational resources.

This service is intended for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment provided by a licensed healthcare professional.
Always consult your GP, medical doctor, or qualified healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, dietary change, or health program—especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or have a medical condition.
I do not diagnose, treat, or cure any health conditions.
You are responsible for your own health decisions and for seeking appropriate medical support when needed.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the effectiveness of the services provided, clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate and up-to-date health information.

Informing me of any medical conditions, medications, or allergies that may impact the recommendations.

Following the agreed-upon action plan to the best of their ability.

You will be required to create an account via my Clinic Toolkit, where all your questionnaires and forms, available at all times, will be accessed and stored by both parties.

You will be required to complete a minimum of 3 forms before any sessions can be confirmed and services can commence. These are the Informed Consent Form™, a Personal Strategy Questionnaire™, and a Client Health Check Questionnaire™.
3. Appointment Policy
Scheduling: Future appointments will be arranged at the end of each session.
Cancellations and Rescheduling: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee.
No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit the session fee.
4. Fees and Payments

Payments can be made via PayPal, direct bank transfer or Interac.

All fees for services will be clearly stated during the booking process.

Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Payment plans are available.

Refunds are not provided for completed services. Refunds for unused packages may be issued on a case-by-case basis, minus any administrative fees.
5. Privacy and Confidentiality
Your privacy is important to me. All personal information shared during consultations will be kept confidential and used solely to provide services. For more details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
6. Limitations of Liability
The Blooming Gut is not liable for:

Any adverse effects resulting from recommendations that were not disclosed to your healthcare provider.

Varying results due to individual differences in adherence, lifestyle factors, or other external variables.

Adverse effects from Supplements you independently purchase.
7. Email Support
For packages that include email support, responses will be provided within 48 business hours. Email support is intended for brief questions or clarifications and does not replace a full consultation.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, clients agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with The Blooming Gut.
9. Amendments to Terms
The Blooming Gut reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or through my website.
