During our session, we’ll discuss your health concerns, lifestyle, and dietary habits. I’ll provide tailored guidance to help restore and maintain your gut health. For those on a package, follow-ups help track progress and make adjustments as needed.

 

3. Can you guarantee results?

 

While I cannot guarantee specific outcomes, my approach is evidence-based, and I am committed to providing the tools and knowledge to improve your health. Success depends on consistency, lifestyle changes, and individual circumstances.

 

4. What if I need to reschedule an appointment?

 

I understand that things happen! You can reschedule your session with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments or no-shows without prior notice are non-refundable; however, I encourage rescheduling whenever possible.

 

5. Do you work with clients worldwide?

 

Yes! Since my services are online, I work with English-speaking clients worldwide. Please ensure you check time zone differences when booking. I am based in Alberta, Canada.

 

6. Are your services suitable for everyone?

 

My services are for adults aged 18 and over. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please let me know before booking so I can tailor my recommendations accordingly. If you have a medical condition, it’s important to consult with your doctor alongside any guidance I provide.

 

7. How long does it take to see results?

 

Every person is different. Some clients notice improvements within weeks, while others may need longer. Your results depend on your starting point, symptom severity, and how consistently you follow the recommendations. I usually expect to see results within 2 weeks.

 

8. Do I need to prepare anything before my consultation?

 

Yes, before your session, I’ll ask you to complete a health questionnaire and other forms to provide details about your symptoms, lifestyle, and dietary habits. This helps me tailor my recommendations to your specific needs. Completing forms and questionnaires will be a continual feature throughout the programs. It is vital to give honest responses.

 

9. Do I need to improve my diet before starting supplements?

 

Yes. This plan assumes you already eat—or are working towards—a diet that covers your basic nutrient needs. Supplements are meant to support, not replace, a healthy diet. You won’t get the same results if your diet remains poor. I don’t endorse any specific brands. It’s your responsibility to do your research and choose wisely.
