1. Missed or Cancelled Appointments

  • 24-Hour Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid charges.

  • No Refunds for No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and fail to provide the required notice, you will not receive a refund.

 

2. Refunds for Packages

  • Non-Refundable Packages: Once you commit to a package, no partial refunds will be issued if you decide not to continue with the remaining sessions.

  • Rescheduling Encouraged: I understand that unforeseen events can happen. If you miss a session, I encourage you to reschedule it at a mutually convenient time.

 

3. Exceptional Circumstances

 

In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, I may offer a full refund at my discretion. Please contact me directly to discuss your situation.

 

4. Dissatisfaction with Services

 

If you are unhappy with the service you have received, I encourage you to reach out to me at thebloominggut@gmail.com. Refunds for dissatisfaction will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and I will work with you to address your concerns.

 

5. Method of Refunds

 

Approved refunds will be processed and returned to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
